Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Flat rate shipping of $5.95 will be charged for orders less than $50 USD. For expedited shipping, refer to shipping choices at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my online order?

All items are processed within two business days and are shipped UPS or USPS Priority Shipping Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. For expedited shipping refer to the fee schedule at checkout. Please note, orders shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories cannot be expedited. 


Returns & Exchanges

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

We hope you love your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns for store credit within 14 days of receipt of items.  We do not offer refunds. Your store credit will equal the amount of the item you purchased excluding any initial shipping costs.

Items being returned must ship within 7 days after an RA# has been issued.   Returned item(s) must be in their original new condition, unworn with all tags attached. Items must not be washed, smell like perfume, or show make-up or any other stains.  

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased excluding any initial shipping costs.

Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size. If we do not have the item or size a store credit will be issued.

How do I return an item(s)?

Contact us at and a return authorization (RA) will be issued with a pre-paid shipping label. Include a copy of the RA with your return.

How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow 2-3 business days once the item is received in our warehouse. We will email you a confirmation of your credit in the form of an eGIFT Card.


Price Adjustments

We do not make price adjustments on previous purchases.

Discounts cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards.
